To
create a memorable portrait of
this
woman, I have removed the two people
standing behind her and fixed objects
in the background as well as softening
her skin tones and smoothing out
wrinkles. |
|
| This
portrait was taken in uneven lighting,
creating a strange line going down the
middle of the man’s chest. I evened
out the lighting, as well as adjusting
the contrast, and made the portrait brighter
and more appealing |

The first three photos were taken in color for this young artist's first promotional shots. The second three photos are the cropped, retouched versions that were used for his portfolio. After adjusting exposure and lighting, I subtly retouched skin hair and clothing, staying careful to maintain the original integrity of the photos. |
