On Saturday, September 8th,, Benjamin Yang came to visit us here at Bluesky,
and led those present in a Group Meditation. Benjamin has often found that
inexperienced meditators do better when there is someone present quietly guiding
them through the meditation. Of the eight of us in the room, about half were regular
or experienced meditators and the other half weren't.

Everyone seemed to gain from the experience, while sharing
their impressions about the process, and themselves
with the Group, as well as wanting the group to meet again,
or perhaps even regularly. Anyone interested in having Benjamin
