Pricing All pricing, shipping and handling, and taxes are denominated in U.S. dollars.

Privacy We safeguard all customer information and do not sell names to mail lists.

Security All transactions involving credit card and other customer-specific information occur under secure socket layer (SSL) protection.

Sales Tax Sales tax is applied when California is the "Ship To" state.

Payment We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Amex credit cards. We do not accept money orders, checks or C.O.D. modes of payment.

Order Placement Orders MUST be placed by 11 AM PST to be considered for next day shipment. Expedited orders are subject to stock on hand. When shipping via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day, UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday as in transit time. If an order requires Saturday delivery, the order MUST be called in to 1-800-736-2430 prior to 11 AM PST on Friday.

Order Fulfillment - Shipping - Partial Orders

We strive to maintain inventory on all items we sell via BlueskyOpenroad.com, and to ship orders within no more than 48 hours of receipt of orders. In the event one or more items must be backordered:

• We will charge your credit card for the partial shipment and the total shipping and handling charge.
• We will partial ship the in-stock item(s) to you. You will not be charged for Two (2) Shipping Charges.
• We will notify you by email of the backordered item(s).
• Once we receive the backordered item(s):
• We will ship the completed order to you. You will not be charged for Two (2) Shipping Charges.
• At your option, if you wish to cancel any backordered item(s) BEFORE shipping them, just Contact us with your intention.
