Returns and Disputes

Art, Cards and Prints are not returnable unless defective. Claims for Damage during shipment should be filed with the carrier. Please contact us with any problems as we endeaver to assist you in these cases. Other claims for Services or Events reviewed on a case by case basis. Services or Events are generally not refundable unless we and the Service Provider are notified more than 24 hours prior to the Appointment or Event time. Service Fees may apply for refunds for Scheduled Events which happen but you are unable to make it.

All Returns must have an RMA# - Return Authorization Number

Please contact us In Writing via email or mail Explaining the Reason for the Request for the Return. We should respond to your Request within 24 hours during the normal work week, i.e. Monnday through Friday. We will contact the Artist or Supplier of the Product or Service and seek a mutually agreeable resolution within our Mall Policy following the steps below:

  • Contact us in writing with details about your claim.
  • We will acknowledge receipt asking for further details as needed.
  • Our Return and Refund Policy is enforced in conjunction with each store operator.
  • Must be pre-approved and Must be in resalable condition in original packaging with copy of shipping receipt.
  • May be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • ALL undergarments, tights, spandex dance shirts, exercise balls, and/or CLEARANCE items or custom made-to-order items are FINAL.
  • Must be sent within 30 days of purchase, postage paid, to: Return Address Given with RMA
  • Must be pre-approved - Please allow 7-10 days for processing of returns.
  • Exchanged-for items incur re-shipment charges from our San Francisco, CA USA location.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, the net return amount will be credited to your charge card, and you will receive an email acknowledging the credit.
